The balance of £245 for the first agreement and £145 for all other agreements is

only payable when the agreement(s) is proved to be unenforceable by the solicitor, at this point you will receive a

report from the solicitor.

When the balance is paid the agreement(s) is forwarded to the panel of solicitors

who act on your behalf at not further cost to you.
